41 mm racing cylinder with 55 cc, suitable for Sachs mopeds / mopeds with 503 2AL, AAL, 2BL, ABL CH engines.
Thanks to the additional holes for the cylinder head bolts as well as the two mounts for the blower cover, the cylinder can also be fitted to the Sachs 50/2 and 502 models, in which case the intake and exhaust accessories must be made by yourself.

The large displacement and the huge intake ensure plenty of torque.

The cylinder can be used on both Sachs 50/2 and Sachs 503 mopeds with the original cylinder head, but it should be noted that the pinch point at the narrowest point should be at least 1.5 mm. To ensure optimum operation and thus tease the maximum power out of the cylinder, we recommend using the 41 mm cylinder head from the accessories.

We also recommend using reinforced clutch springs so that the entire engine power can be transferred to the rear wheel. You can find these in the accessories section.

The BADASS 17 mm or 15 mm intake manifold is a perfect match for the cylinder and can be used with either a 15 mm Bing SRE or a 17 mm carburettor.

Differences to the GPO Pomodoro – replica cylinder:

  • The BADASS 15 mm & 17 mm intake manifolds fit perfectly on the cylinder
  • It is not possible to fit original or swiing® intake manifolds
  • Thanks to the holes for the cylinder head and the blower cover, there is the possibility to mount the BADASS 15 mm & 17 mm intake manifold;the possibility of adapting the cylinder to a 50/2 or 502 engine
  • Lower intake timing compared to the GPO Pomodoro

Installation instructions in German and the matching piston are included in the scope of delivery.

Attention: It is essential to replace the rubber silencers on 503 BL engines with aluminum silencers due to the increased performance in order to avoid fatigue fracture of the exhaust flange.
