The legendary high-end crankshaft suitable for Sachs 50 (without blower) and 50/3 engines.
The shaft can also be used in the 50/2 (also called 502) and 503 engines with minor adjustments.

High-quality and precisely fitting full-flange crankshaft with polished connecting rod, which has proven itself in various load tests. Designed for use in engines with a large power increase and tested up to 19,000 rpm.

The crankshaft can also be used on Sachs 503 engines, so that the drive wheel does not rub against the housing, it must be shimmed with 1.5 mm spacers. The matching spacers can be found in the accessories section.

The large balancing holes in the cheeks have been sealed with aluminum inserts for maximum pre-compression.

This crankshaft is designed for E15 main bearings.

Attention: The width of the needle bearing is 15.2 mm, depending on the piston it may need to be slightly recessed inside.

Installation tip: The transition between the crank webs and the crankpin is provided with a slight radius for reinforcement. In order to be able to distance out cleanly, a 16 x 1 mm spacer washer should be used on the left and right, which lays cleanly over the chamfer and is therefore also perfectly centered. The other spacers can be used normally with Ø 15 mm.
