39 mm tuning set for your Zündapp Belmondo moped / moped.
Suitable for Zündapp Belmondo mopeds, Zündapp Bergsteiger M25/M50 mopeds, as well as Alpa Spezial 3000 and Alpa Black River small motorcycles which have a Zündapp type 247 engine installed.
In addition to the 39 mm swiing® ingenious racing kit with head, the tuning set includes a resonance exhaust system, a 17 mm carburettor including intake manifold, a mushroom air filter and reinforced clutch springs.
With the appropriate settings, you can get a powerful 2.8 hp on the rear wheel.
All instructions for installing / running in the cylinder are explained in the video.
Please select the desired cylinder head with or without decompression bore and the desired exhaust clamp in the selection field.
Note: The original stud bolts of the engine housing are too short due to the height of the cylinder kit and must be replaced with longer bolts (item 24319).
For Zündapp engines with an 85 mm short connecting rod, this must first be converted to a long connecting rod with a length of 91 mm (center - center) in order to use the cylinder.
