Reinforced pull pin suitable for the manually shifted Z50 engine of Puch X30 Sport mopeds / mopeds, which have a special clutch with 3 plates.
This is often the case with kickstarter engines.
Revised design: The specially developed angular contact ball bearing with a contact angle of 60° (shown in Figure 3) guarantees durability even under the highest loads. The reinforced clutch springs at the bottom of the accessory can only be used in conjunction with the swivel pull pin.
Adjusting the clutch: Figure 4 shows the position of the clutch release lever in relation to the abutment and the ball collar nut in relation to the clutch release shaft. This setting results in maximum disengagement with minimum effort. Particular attention must be paid to the play between the decoupling shaft and the conical collar nut, as the clutch bearing will inevitably break within a very short time if the play is too small. With the clutch cable engaged, the free travel on the clutch release lever should be approx. 3 mm.
The angle "A" on the picture is 58°. On the hand lever, these clearances result in a free travel of approx. 1 cm.
