38 mm (50cc) racing cylinder kit suitable for your Puch Maxi S / N, Puch X30 Sport NS/NL, Puch X30 Sport NG-2A, as well as Puch Supermaxi moped, moped or small motorcycle.
If you want the complete kit, select this in the selection field to also receive the matching cylinder head.
In terms of appearance, this racing cylinder is indistinguishable from the original. The cast-in "CH12" and original-sized cooling fins ensure optimum protection from the racing authorities. Detailed instructions for correct installation and running-in are included.
This racing kit should preferably be used with a 22 mm exhaust, i.e. a 2-bend or 22 mm manifold, so that the exhaust gases can also be transported away and no heat build-up occurs.
&Revised version: The sealing surfaces of the inlet and outlet have been enlarged so that a large 28 mm flame tube can also be fitted without any problems (Fig. 7). There is also no longer any protrusion from the piston and the cylinder has been adapted accordingly. Last but not least, the inlet gasket has also been reworked.
