45 mm special piston with a 0.96 mm rectangular piston ring with internal fuse (IS) for various Puch mopeds / mopeds.
The detailed dimensions of the piston according to the technical drawing can be found in the details. You can also find out about the relevant piston rings, their stems and locking types on the legend in the pictures.
The piston kit contains piston pin, piston clips and piston ring.
The piston can only be used in combination with a machined cylinder head, as it is 3 mm shorter at the top. The sides of the racing piston are Teflon-coated, but this alone does not increase performance. The Teflon coating wears off during operation, but this does not damage the cylinder in any way.
Only for good, skilled mechanics / tuners.
